    A tow pomeron model is used to analyze the distribution of the <i>p</i> mesons electroproduction cross section with energy for different Q<sup>2</sup>. It is found that the steepness in the energy distribution can be attributed to the increase of the respective weight of the hard pomeron to the soft pomeron with increasing Q<sup>2</sup>. Using some suitable functions to fit the variations of the weights with Q<sup>2</sup>, a remark able agreement with the experimental data is achieved
